The Rainbow Warrior III is a high-tech motor yacht of the environmental organization Greenpeace and was commissioned on 14 October 2011. After 22 years, she has replaced her predecessor, the Rainbow Warrior II (built in 1957). This was handed over on 16 August 2011 to the aid organization Friendship.
